Privacy

This document is accurate about what the software does. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer for sufficiency under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. Do not treat it as final.

• Your account. You sign in through Privy. We store the identifier Privy gives us, the handle and display name you choose, and an optional bio. We never see or store a password.
• Wallet addresses you link. Public blockchain addresses only, and only ones Privy has already verified are yours. We never hold a private key and never ask for a signature ourselves.
• Your X account, if you link one. We store X's numeric user id and your @handle so the badge on your profile stays correct after a rename. Nothing about the account is read from a request body — the link is authorised by Privy, not by what you type.
• What you write and do. Predictions, arguments, wallet labels, club posts, room messages, follows, watchlists and blocks.
• Your email, if you joined the waitlist. Nothing else.
• Ordinary server logs, including your IP address, which is what rate limiting is measured against.

Your handle, display name, bio, join date, linked X badge, XP, published predictions and their outcomes, public wallet labels, and your follower count. This is a reputation product: a track record nobody can check is not a track record.

What is not public: your email, your watchlist, who you follow, who you block, your drafts, and your private or club-scoped labels. Only the follower count is public — never the list.

We do not sell your data and we run no advertising. Three processors are involved: Privy for sign-in, Polymarket's public APIs for market data, and our own server, which the founder operates. We read market and comment data from Polymarket; we do not send them anything about you.

You can delete your account from Profile, in the app, at any time. Read this part before you do, because it is not a simple erase and we would rather you knew that first.

Removed immediately: your handle, display name, bio, the identifier Privy gave us, every linked wallet and X account, everyone you follow, every block, and your club memberships. Your posts, labels, shared trades and arguments stop being shown.

Kept, with no author attached: predictions that have already been scored, and the ledger rows recording that they were. We cannot remove these, and the reason is not convenience. Every other forecaster's accuracy is measured relative to the same resolved markets. Deleting your scored predictions would silently change other people's published results to honour your request. What stays cannot be connected to you by anyone reading our database.

Signing in again after deletion creates a genuinely new account. There is no way for us to reconnect it to the old one.

Submitting the waitlist form is your consent to be emailed about the launch, and we record when you gave it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing keeps your address on a suppression list rather than deleting it, because a list we have thrown away is one we would mail again by accident. To have it removed entirely, ask.

You can see everything public about yourself on your own profile, edit your handle, name and bio in Profile, and delete your account in the app without asking anyone. For a copy of your data, or for anything this page does not cover, contact the founder — the address is on the terms page.

zer0 is not for under-18s. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
